Ebay have very rude representor also ebay charge unfairly when customer return item with wrong claim..
I wish we have some please where we can complain about ebay

This is a place where we can complain about eBay. It falls on deaf ears, sometimes, but might make you feel better. Hang in there.

Sorry you had a problem with a return. When a buyer claims something is "not as described" (NAD) in a return, per the eBay Money Back Guarantee (MBG), the seller has to pay for return shipping and then provide a full refund when the item comes back. Yeah, it stinks when it happens and often buyers know how to game the system to get free shipping on the return. That is well known.
What we see happens with sellers is that they don't plan nor budget for returns so when a 'return happens' the seller is shocked, unprepared and emotional. It stinks when this happens as one feels ripped off, but returns are part of retail selling. But there are ways to minimize the shocks and we'd be glad to help if you are interested?
