Unable to report a buyer making false return.

Hello All,

As I am facing issue in return. The buyer making the wrong claim and asking a full refund. How can I contact eBay for this? Also, he does not want to understand the concern.

Wait for item to be returned, and wait for EBAY to unplug its head out of its orifice and fix the technical problem. If the item can be resold than return the money and relist, if not call ebay, and they will review the new pictures that your gonna take, and they will review the listing pics to compare. Usually Ebay is good about this they know that some buyers are scam artist. If you get a uncooperative Ebay employee Hang up and call again.

I have had many a times like what you are describing. Sometimes they don't return and keep it. Sometimes it is just a little pressure to make you give a partial or full refund before the return. Sometimes they realized it isn't what they wanted and try to blame it on you. The worse what can happen is that you accept the return and get an empty box or a different or damaged item. Block them, you can give a partial refund for item not being what you shipped add photos so ebay sees it, report the buyer after it happened. Also if you give a partial refund than buyer can't give you a negative fb. But don't do that too often as ebay doesn't like that. Maximum there was no issue with the item you nicely refund the buyer and you get a negative. I tend to be cautious and easily block buyers before they do something bad but from time to time they slip through that process and here you are.

Same issue here: on the box above: change the 7 day to a drop down to more days and your former sales will show up.

When I give a partial refund, I add this:

Upon acceptance of this money, the buyer agrees not to open an eBay case, dispute the charge through the credit card company or PayPal or use any other method to obtain additional money from the seller and agree that this transaction is final. 

I don't know if this will stand but i try, any thoughts?
