HELP! How do I ship to Hong Kong??

Just had a customer purchase an item and he is located in Hong Kong. When I go to print the label eBay says the address is invalid. I contacted the buyer to confirm the address and it is correct. Google fails to pull up his address as well. 

also it looks like the “zip code” field is required to print a label and Hong Kong does not use zip codes. What do I put in that field?

Leave the zip alone.

The problem with a lot of HK addresses is that they are too long for the eBay address field. They often have

Street, Building, Unit

All on one line

And then District, Province, Locality

Look up the address on HK Post

See if you can Edit the street address to make it shorter ... be careful not to lose any important info

Just like US addresses, some words can be abbreviated St=Street for example
