I recently deleted an old PayPal account that was linked to an Ebay shipping label agreement. I am trying to use the same PayPal acccount that I have linked to pay my seller's fees. I was told by Ebay that I should be prompted to complete a new agreement when I try to print a shipping label, but that did not happen. I called Ebay for help (twice), but they had no idea how to get past the error.
Has anyone else run into this before or know how to get around it? I tried clicking on the link to change my PayPal preferences and created a new billing agreement, but I still get the error. I can see the billing agreement under my PayPal Preapproved Payments. I can log in to PayPal and print the shipping labels that way, but I would like to be able to do it from Ebay if possible.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Just tried that, but it's still not working. I just realized that I'm not getting the Ebay shipping discount if I buy the label directly through PayPal.
Is there any way to escalate to technical issues to Ebay technical support instead of the CS people who answer the phone?
I hate to think that I have to cancel the Ebay account I've had for years and start all over to get around this problem.

You get the same USPS Commercial rates through PayPal as you do through eBay. If you are TRS or a 300+ transaction/year Powerseller you do get the better USPS Commercial Plus rates through eBay labels.
No way I know of to get to tech support.
What exactly happens when you go into your PayPal settings, remove the eBay shipping authorization, and then try to print an eBay label?
