I bought an item and it had some issues. Filed a claim and seller agreed the return. Got a message from ebay asking me to print the shipping label. As a printer wasn't available, so I decided to do it when the printer is available. About 10min later, got another message from ebay saying seller refunded already. I went to the first message and tried to print the return shipping label and it wasn't available anymore. Ebay said the return is over. I talked to seller and he said he can't send it again. What should I do now? Should I call Ebay? Thanks.

When the seller sent the refund, it closed the case.
Now, if the seller wants the item back, they'll have to purchase a shipping label or send you the money to purchase one.

Thanks for the info. I called the eBay and eBay asked me to let the seller call eBay and told me eBay will have to issue another shipping label by charging seller but can void the first one. Seller called and was told eBay can't void the first shipping label. Seller wanted me to keep the item. I feel embarrassed by doing so. I think I'll just pay the return shipping myself and mail back the item back. It should be a bug in eBay's homepage/app design.
