Unable to print SCAN forms

Last two days I've used the bulk shipping tool to print my labels as usual.  The next step after printing labels would be to generate and print the SCAN form.   However yesterday and today it does not give me an option to generate the SCAN form, and that page also doesn't show the usual previous 7 generated forms as well.

I can't seem to find any alternative ways to generate a SCAN form.  Any ideas?  Anyone else having this issue?

This is an ongoing issue that ebay needs to fix. 

You might want to consider the free Pirate Ship or the free Stamp.com for ebay, until this is fixed.  Both integrate directly with ebay.

Replying so I can follow. This has been a problem for me the last 2 days, too. (Big problem yesterday since it was the day after a Monday holiday. My PO scans items sent through the shoot as accepted EXCEPT on Tuesdays after Monday holidays (so those are the days I really need a SCAN form).

Day 3.  I set up a Pirate Ship account and while it does allow 'import' from eBay... ugh, yeah not as 'simple' as one would want it to be.   So Day 3 having to put packages out without a SCAN....

Some people have been having this issue since the middle of last month.. it seems to be hitting accounts randomly we havent been able to print scan sheets for almost 2 weeks now. Seems yours broke 3 days ago so this wasnt some site wide issue its spreading for some reason not sure how eBay completely breaks backend things that have worked flawlessly for years and then just doesnt say anything Scan Forms are a pretty big deal..

Yeah I don't get it.  Doesn't nearly every seller print SCAN forms every single day?!  Shouldn't have even taken more than a day to get fixed.  I REALLY feel for others if it's been a month for some now.   THANKFULLY this is my 'slow season' so it's not AS a big of deal.

Just chiming in to say I too have had these issues since last week.

I'm almost embarrassed to drop off all these packages without a SCAN form, thankfully the local PO is patient as we've become friendly with them over the years.

eBay, fix this issue. My local post office can expect to scan hundreds of packages because your scan forms are not working...

Yay!  It worked today!  I printed a SCAN form as usual.   Phew...

I have the same issue.  I have 2 eBay stores and 1 is working fine and generating scan sheets and the other I haven't been able to print a scan sheet in over a week.  USPS policy is that they WON'T scan more than 10 individual packages at pickup so I have to send bins of packages with my postman and hope they get scanned somewhere that day.  I messaged merchant support regarding this issue and I was told it is a known site issue and I should either take my packages to the post office (40 minutes away and again, they refuse to individually scan) or I should change my handling time.  SERIOUSLY?!!  I have over 4,000 listings.  I don't know why I should have to change my handling time and loose my place in search results because of their KNOWN SITE ISSUE.  All I asked in my reply was that eBay protect my account from late shipments if they happen because of this bug.  The response I got from merchant support said to change my handling time and that they can't guarantee my account will be protected even though they did "add me to the bug ticket".  UGH frustrating that eBay takes no accountability even when their site is broken.

@beachbargains2021  I messaged eBay for Business on Facebook.  Give them your username/email account associated with the account that is not working, and I was able to print SCAN forms within a couple days after that.

I started having this problem as of the past Saturday July 17th, all was working fine until then.  I thought it was related to the browser so tried clearing history and cache within Chrome and it still didn't work. I tried on FireFox and Edge and no luck. I contacted merchant support and was informed it is a known site issue but no ETA on fix and was added to the ticket. They suggested to get on eBay community to monitor so here I am and it appears no communications from eBay on this. One would hope that since eBay monitors communities that they would provide updates.  Lets hope they prioritize this.
