Unable to give my buyers a tracking number in seller's hub.

The post office gave me tracking numbers on their receipt but when I try to put it in, all I get is a little arrow that goes round and round. Nothing happens. Is this because of a new partnership between eBay and the post office to create a lot more glitches due to changes in shipping terms?

That is a temporary thing that I have encountered hundreds of times in the past. Just click onto order details and enter it there. If all else fails just try it later. I have never not been able to do it eventually.

No. Probably another ebay glitch.  Have you tried signing out and signing in again.  HOw about trying on a different computer or device?
