Unable to generate shipping label

I cannot purchase a shipping label. I keep getting an error message saying "Sorry, we were not able to generate the label. Please make sure the parcel size is within allowed limits, and both addresses are correct."  which I have done. This happens for bothCanada Post and Fedex. I have not had any issues like this before. Although I am trying to ship to Portugal for the first time. Is anyone else having issues?

Are you sure you’re logged in to the right eBay? Because currently you’re posting in eBay.com USA. 
Log out of www.eBay.com then log into www.eBay.ca  see if that makes a difference.

There have been some problems with printing labels on .ca although I did think that was fixed.

Try going to bulk labels and printing from there.

What are the dimensions and which Canada Post service were you trying to purchase a label for?

If they were trying to print a label on this site they would not see the Canada Post options so that isn't the problem.
