I have raised a claim against a purchase recently.
I have contacted the seller multiple times without a reply.
I have received a message saying I can have eBay step in beginning 9th of September.
Currently it is the 10th and I cannot find an option to escalate this claim.
If I try raising a claim via PayPal, it will only allow me to claim back through eBay..
Any advise would be greatly appreciated..

Update.. I went to the live chat menu and had a chat with an eBay team member..
Issue was escalated while chatting and money has been refunded to my PayPal account within 30 minutes of ending the chat.
I could not be happier with the service I have received..

And today is only the 9th in the US, so maybe tomorrow the option will show up.
