Invalid Address email

Invalid Address email. My Address is absolutely correct. I received many items from various sellers and this same seller before.

I contact them many times. They don’t reply me. They sent the Invalid Address email and required my action. I replied it. They said “We are not monitoring address. Go to help”. They wanted me to reply email right??

I go to help. The chat session end without starting at all? Nobody replied? I tried many times at different hours and days. The phone is only for USA & Canada. There is no way I can contact eBay.

I bought 2 items from the same seller on the same day. The other item I have received on September 3. I bought from this seller several times before. I received 3 more items from other sellers 2 days after the Invalid Address email. How can it the Invalid Address??

Have you messaged the seller through eBay messages?

All you really need to do with a problem with a purchase is go to the purchase history find the purchase and click contact seller.

The seller said to contact ebay. The seller is only responsible to send Global Shipping in Kentucky. From this point onward, it is not their responsibility. But eBay does not reply me. I am very headache. I asked the seller to refund, but no reply.

If there is no phone support for your country then you can get assistance through Facebook. Here is the link to eBay's Facebook page for your country. For item not received the seller is still responsible. You can go to the purchase history and file a return for item not received. However first what does the tracking show? Could it be in route but delayed to the pandemic?

Who was the invalid address email from? eBay or the seller? As mentioned above, message the seller through eBay messages and ask what is wrong with the address.  You can also try having eBay call you, go to the bottom of this page and select Have us call you. Have all the purchased item and your account information handy when they call.

If item hasn't been received and it is past the estimated delivery date, file an INR case on that item.

Invalid Address email is from Global Shipping. The staff name is Brandon S. He did not tell me any specific problem with my address. It appears to be mysterious! He asked for name, city, postal code etc. I have all of these!

IT sounds like the GSP needs some additional information from you. Hopefully the Facebook support can help sort that out and get the information the GSP needs. The seller is kind of right that it is out of their control. We do not get any direct contact wit the GSP and just ship the item to them. However if the item can not be shipped to you because the issue the GSP can not be fixed you should be able to get your money back for the item from the seller and the money for the shipping would come from the GSP.
