Unable to deliver item, problem with address?

I was checking the tracking info on one of my orders I shipped, and said "Unable to deliver item, problem with address". What does that mean? The buyer hasn't contacted me about it. Should I expect an INR case to be opened? I would hate to refund on this order since it was $50.

just checked again and it was delivered. So looks like there's no problem after all.

Good example of why not to make yourself crazy and check tracking.  

If there is a problem wait for the buyer to tell you.
