Just wonder if this is only in NJ, but the postal services workers, every time I’m going to mail my packages their give me hard time, most the time don’t want scan the packages complain about this prepay packages, that their no have the time to scan? If anyone in NJ have the same experience?

I'd be taking this up with the local postmaster, if I were you.
If you feel so moved, you can file a complaint online at usps.gov. The complaint will be forwarded to whichever post office you specify.

Why would it matter if anyone in NJ or anywhere else had the same experience?
Why would you not complain to the local Postmaster when employees are not doing their job?

I live in a rural location and know my mail carrier. I also know he has a sweet tooth and bake for him, leaving cookies in the mailbox. This seems to work for me--maybe it would work for you?? But seriously, I agree that you should talk to your local postmaster.

@mborjas8z5a0 are you shipping at a post office in your ship from zip code? If not then the post office doesn't get credit for the shipping.
Also if you have multiple packages be sure to print a scan sheet

Also make sure the shipping date on the label matches the real day you are shipping. No Post Office wants to scan one with an incorrect date.

Sounds like the time they spend complaining, they could be scanning.
Not from NJ, but my local Postal folks are more than happy to scan my packages. It's job security for them - the more mail my little PO has, the safer their jobs are.

If you are shipping multiple items print off a scan form. It speeds things up and we are REQUIRED to scan them.
If you are just shipping one or two packages print this post off and hand it to them.
I have been with USPS for 20 years. I have NEVER NOT scanned a package accepted, DO YOUR JOB, it takes far longer to complain about it than it does to scan the package.

That stinks.
Do you bring the scan sheet? I know some prefer it.
When i shipped out of Secaucus 07094, the postal staff was terrific and i never brought a scan sheet either. I miss them. My carrier would even come back later in the day to pick my stuff up if i needed more time. Luckily the PO where i am now is also terrific.

My experience at two post offices in Secaucus was terrific. I never had an issue with anything. They were great.

"If you feel so moved, you can file a complaint online at usps.gov. The complaint will be forwarded to
whichever post office you specify."
I use to be on a customer service questionnaire list. For years the service was quite good and
I gave high marks.
Then the Post Office decided to improve things by changing routes. There was a huge retirement
where in one year almost 50% of the distribution center that served my area had people
leave. The replacements for the most part were of a lower caliber.
Using the post office became a dicey proposition for business.
So, in the last 3 questionnaires I had pointed out I no longer found the post office a dependable
way to ship due to service issues.
They dealt with the problems I mentioned by dropping me from the list. I guess my responses
were affecting someone's bonus program? It is a pretty safe bet management will try to G
file complaints. CYA first.
The complaints should be handled by the Washington, DC office and not farmed out to
local management.

Unfortunately, the least competent USPS employee is now based in Washington, DC. Although I imagine he will be let go after January 20, 2021 and a non-saboteur will replace him.

If there is a USPS postage touch screen kiosk at the PO location, use that to scan the packages in yourself. Each package individually or with a scan sheet, then get a printed or email receipt. Afterwards, put the packages on the counter or bin cart. It's great, and the tracking updates overnight, too! I was reluctant to use it at first until I saw that tracking status gets updated in a timely fashion. Although this won't work with international packages, need to wait in line for a scan.
