CALL TO ACTION: Save the U.S. Postal Service

The U.S. Postal Service has become one of our most essential services during the COVID-19 crisis. It is the means by which millions of Americans can access staples like face masks and disinfectants. It is delivering social security checks, tax refunds, and coronavirus stimulus checks. It will also play a major role in the 2020 elections.

WHERE IS YOUR MAIN STREET? In Quarantine? This is a pressing matter for MOST Sellers, and thus Buyers:  We Need The Post Office, and we don't need to have our postage price raised as Trump wants. Though attacking Amazon, it will affect eBay.

The Postal Service quality of service has been going down, long before the virus.

I no longer consider the service reliable.

Maybe if they got rid of the junk mail, just delivered First Class and Priority, this would

improve service and reduce costs by allowing the Post Office to reduce man power.

At this point the post office is subsidizing junk mail by trying to absorb the operational

costs of carriers having to deliver pizza coupons and other mail of little value. I would

guess 90-95% of the mail I get now goes right from mailbox to recycling bin.

I get stuck with erratic pick up & delivery, makes shipping with the post office almost

impossible as I have no idea when they are going to show up or drop off mail.
