I have experienced issues on-and-off over the past few weeks with USPS website, specifically in ordering package pick up.
On Sunday I ordered pick up for Monday and got the "Successfully scheduled" page. However, no one showed up to pick up the packages. Over the years they have been 100% reliable so I was surprised. However, in researching I realized I never received the email confirming the pick up....my bad for not verifying ahead of time.
I have had occasional problems getting to the page, or not getting the scheduled pick up confirmation page so have been able to make other arrangements but this is the first time I got the confirmation page but not the confirmation email.
So a ding to my seller performance for late shipping.
