Does anyone have this situation that USPS shipped the package to the wrong state and taking unusual long time to deliver?
I shipped the package by priority mail 11 days ago. I'm checking the delivery status everyday. The delivery destination is in Colorado, but it shipped to Idaho Distribution Center, then it took 3 days shipped to Colorado Network Distribution Center . And it's been 4 days, the status is still in transit. I couldn't find any help on USPS page and their phone service is unavailable.
I attached the shipping processing screenshot. Here is the tracking number: 9505516198960163254807
My buyer is being patient and didn't ask me why the package still haven't delivered yet. I worried the USPS lose my package from many transfers and delays. I double checked that I wrote down the correct shipping address (I took a photo of the shipping box for backup evidence). Does anyone know why USPS shipped to the wrong state? Is it because of Covid-19? And what can I do for a solution? Thank you so much!!

Due to Covid-19, the package will take the scenic route because some distribution centers are closed and rerouted and will take longer.

Sign up for email updates on the package tracking. This has a way of telling the system to pay attention to it. If that doesn't help take the tracking number to the post office and ask them to flag the package. This just brings the package to the attention of the scanning and sometimes boots it into the right direction.
Wish you luck!

I would sign up for email updates for the tracking number. If it isn't there in a couple of days, I would file an insurance claim on USPS website.

Too bad we can't get some kind of a refund, at least on Priority packages. I know the delivery times are not guaranteed, but still... I had a buyer pay over $60 for PM on a large package - mailed it 6/16 - said in transit. I thought, Oh great, they put it on a truck instead of a plane (it's going to the opposite coast). Turns out it was in transit to the local distribution center, something that usually happens OVERNIGHT. Hopefully it is hopping a plane soon, but I am not expecting anything miraculous.
I also signed up for email updates on this one and another package that has been over a month in transit (Media Mail). Thanks for the tip, I hope it works.
