USPS not delivering packages on time 5 cases opened!!

I have 5 cases open due to USPS not delivering packages on time and not scanning in update. I have over $300 on hold due to this and the packages are in limbo somewhere. I know I’m not the only one but what is eBay going to help with. I can’t refund every package and I can’t buy insurance on every package when it should be needed. Why can’t eBay notify customers that the post office is behind due to the pandemic and the **bleep** elections??

It's not only the pandemic but also the political mail. 

Seriously I pulled listings early this year and went totally to the B&M and local pick-ups through FM.

I had a rather heated discussion  with my postmaster  the day before yesterday.  I should be done at 3:30 per evaluation.  I got in at 5. The dispatch truck was there. 

He said if I was going to be that late I had to take my DPS to the street. I replied  I didn't have room to run another tray. 

Yesterday  he was off at some training and texted  me when I was getting ready to leave. He asked if I was taking the DPS to the street. I replied  No and sent him pictures  and asked if he saw a spot that I could set another tray to work from.

 what i had to leave at the Post office. I left noices for the 3 addresses they went to with a note that they would be brought out after work if not collected. One customer picked up their 9 packages so I just had 2 stops after work.

I lost my top rated seller rating because of mail being too slow, now the crooks at feebay want to take another 5 percent on top of the 10 they charge to sell. Pure bull**bleep** and they won't listen to common sense

Are you printing the SCAN sheet if using ebay shipping?

I print a SCAN sheet even if I have one package, as the post office clerks are required to scan the SCAN sheet if one is presented.

Ebay posted a warning a bit ago that USPS was experiencing long delays, and to chose another shipping service. I think they need to put that straight back up again as they are allowing refunds to happen while these items are still in transit if you do not call and TRY to get an extension on the delivery times. What will happen is that you will be awarding refund/or Ebay will force the refund and then if you do not do a package intercept that costs about 14 bucks these packages may get delivered and you are screwed out of your money and your item. DO NOT USE usps.

BUT YOU CAN'T USE FEDEX FOR A $14.00 ITEM THAT SHIPS FREE. VIA FIRST CLASS..

I only have about 9-10 packages a month and Hubby has about the same. I ship first class and have changed my shipping times to 10 days, I am also shipping my first class insured with Scan this all over my box or envelope. Most arrive in 4 days so far it works. Hubby ships Priority mail , I write scan all over the box and so far delivered in 3-4 days is working.
