IF there is TIME to ship them from the main distribution centers AFTER priority/first class, these packages will be shipped. Sellers should put a disclaimer that media/parcel select can take 45+ days (even if living in your same county). It is also necessary for eBay to protect sellers' shipping with the above methods for unnecessary refunds until at least the 45 days pass. The local post master said media/parcel select used to have a 30 day window but now it is 45 days since about 2 weeks ago when new changes were made. Also, it is vital that if you have any packages being picked up at your place to make sure the mail carrier scans them. 6 of my packages were not scanned recently and they show them as "Tracking provided". I was told they were sitting at the main distribution center locally but that I should next time make sure they are scanned so the buyers know the USPS has the packages. The postmaster did assure me that all delayed packages will be in transit eventually. Just trying to inform other sellers who sell media/parcel select items. COVID-19 and the recent changes announced 2 weeks ago are the reasons for these delays.
