I finally got logged in after several days of trying! I am watching tracking my buyers' items and I have a package that may or may not have been delivered. I know there are a few postal workers on here and am hoping they can help with the message I received through email updates.

The most likely explanation is that the carrier forgot to scan it as Delivered when dropping it off. Don't contact the buyer to ask if they received it, as that will simply tip them off that you don't know where it is, and without a Delivered scan, you are on the hook for a full refund if the buyer chooses to file an Item Not Received dispute.
If the buyer is not asking where it is, you do not have a problem. Let things go for now, unless or until you hear something from the buyer.

Do not contact your buyer, @evry1nositswindy. If there's a problem, you'll hear from them.
If they open a case on eBay, you'll win as eBay considers Out for delivery to be Delivered. If they open a case on PayPal, you will lose. Or credit card, you lose.

No, I haven't heard from the buyer and I haven't contacted them either. I will just wait. Thanks.

When I notice that, I give it a day or so and if no delivery scan shows I call the local PO. I describe the package, ask them to check with the carrier to see if they remember it and update the delivery scan.
