Having a hard time sorting out what your screenshots are trying to tell us. The second shot looks like what I would expect to see. What is the problem you are having or how far do you get through the process before a problem occurs?

I just printed a USPS Ground Label a few minutes ago.

I wish I were having problems printing ground advantage labels. No sales today, so far.......
Could it be that USPS does not deliver to that particular address?

I can print USPS GA labels... just tested it. I wondered if it was that your Wax Pack listings still say 'First Class', but IDK...

The first screen shot is of ground advantage being grayed out and it says No like it is not available.
the second screen shot is dimensions and weight to show it is nothing unusual. The address is in Virginia

USPS will black out services and not allow you to buy a label for some addresses. Google the address and see what comes up. Sometimes it's a simple tweak to fix it.

Yes, the address is strange. I messaged the buyer "zero feedback" asking him to check it. If I don't hear back I will cancel the order for Problem with address.

If you google an address that is invalid google will usually give the correct version.

True. If it is just a minor correction to the street address that should not be a problem. Item Not Received claims rely on the City and ZIP matching the address you get with the payment. The exact street address is not part of it.
@johnjefprks : Was Ebay telling you that the buyer had paid and it was time to ship? Did the address you got with the payment look complete? Cancelling due to problem with address seems like a safe bet if you cannot even buy the label for that address.

Under service, what happens if you click on USPS?

Hi @johnjefprks . When USPS is grayed out, there are 2 usual reasons:
1. Package weight/dimensions exceed carrier limits
2. There is an issue with the buyer's address. You can check the address here: https://tools.usps.com/zip-code-lookup.htm?byaddress
Because your dimensions and weight are fine, the issue is with the buyer's address.
It may be a simple adjustment like a missing unit number or similar. If the issue is more complex you may need to cancel the sale with the reason "problem with buyer's address" then have the buyer make a new purchase and fix whatever the address issue is before they pay.

It's all grayed out. please see first screen shot.

This is what is under the name. I never tweak addresses.

Yeah, that's not a real address. Almost looks like buyer was entering a phone number in the wrong field.
You'll have to cancel that transaction. If the buyer still wants they need to re-purchase but fix their address before they pay.
