Re: USPS delivery issues.

"anyone else having this issues?"

There are dozens of threads here about this sort of thing.

"what did you do to solve this issues?"

There's nothing any of us can do to solve the issue, only dodge it.

"they need to get in touch with USPS to solve issue.dont you think?"

eBay has no control over USPS, so no

Re: USPS delivery issues.

what did you do to solve this issues?

See this thread where the seller kept his buyers informed, advocated with the USPS to keep packages moving and avoided INR cases.

https://community.ebay.com/t5/Shipping-Returns/Sellers-need-to-blame-themselves-for-issues-encounter...

Also one should be aware of the changes eBay made to the INR case timing:

Finally one CAN start the Missing Mail process with the USPS which often gets an item moving.  Reporting doing that often placates buyers as they realize you are "doing something" rather than saying, "I have no control"!

When you sell you have an opportunity to set buyer's expectations.  Doing that is beneficial. It takes extra time but is often the definition of "good customer service."
