I delivered a package via USPS and tracking was stuck in “tracking number created” for a long time. I filed a claim for lost packages and requested it to be sent back to me, since buyer reported that package wasn’t received— Ebay refunded them. Fast forward, one morning I checked the tracking and it was delivered. Buyer ignores my messages, Ebay wouldn’t reverse the refund, PayPal wouldn’t either, and I’m having a hard time reaching a live person on the postcard USPS given me. Any suggestions on how I can escalate this?

Appeal the case that refunded them, if not over 30 past expected delivery.
Other wise not much else you can do.

I did appeal it, they said there was no tracking update so they refund the buyer. There wasn’t anything I can do since it was out of my control after I shipped it. I’m still consistently trying to reach someone who can reverse the refund since there is proof it is delivered AND that he canceled my payment request via eBay. He is doing this intentionally.
