Im shipping from Greece (almost) worldwide and i can tell you that in no other country i'm facing such enormous delays. Please note that all of my shipments have tracking numbers:
And this is happening because of USPS.
Here is just 2 (out of many) examples :
1. The item left country on August 26th. According to Greek Post Office the postal bag that contains my shipment arrived in JFK on September 3rd (No 3180) and it remains forgotten in some warehouse until today...
2. The item left country on September 4th. According to Greek Post Office the postal bag that contains my shipment arrived in JFK on September 11th (No 3188) and it remains forgotten in some warehouse until today...
I have sent quite a few mails to USPS but they just ignored me.
And of course the buyers are getting sick and tired of hearing that that their packages are late and i can't even tell them when are they going to receive them..!
It is a pity for such a great country to have such poor postal services.

I'm from Portugal and I have the same problem. I also ship to almost worldwide and, at this moment, the US is the worst destination in time delivery.
Now, a shipment from Europe to the US takes on average between 30 and 50 days to be delivered. My record is 85 days. Before COVID it was between 8 and 12 days.
The problem lies with the USPS ISC (International Service Center) in NY, Chicago or LA. In my case, a package after received by the Portuguese post office, takes 4 to 6 working days to reach the US, but unfortunately it is stuck in ISC warehouses for a long time, sometimes more than 2 months. To make the things worse, they only scan the package when it is ready to be dispatched via domestic mail, which gives buyers the feeling that the problem is on the seller's country side. The domestic mail works very well.
In my opinion, all of this is on purpose and for political reasons. The target is China, but it affects everyone. The millions of small packages sent by China to the USA cause a big loss to the USPS because the terminal dues rates, set by the Universal Postal Union (UPU), are very low due to the fact that China is still considered a developing nation.
Don't worry, no packages will be lost but they will take a long time to be delivery.

Im sure that the parcels will finally arrived but in the meantime the customers want to get refunded and there is no easy way to handle this issue...😕
By the way, none of the parcels that mentioned above has been yet delivered.
