Imo, the solution is to fix Ebay this problem in order to return to previous status, as it was all these years. I repeat:"Economy Shipping from outside US" > "11-23 business days" so the currect setting it doesn't make any sense.

Im sure that the parcels will finally arrived but in the meantime the customers want to get refunded and there is no easy way to handle this issue... By the way, none of the parcels that mentioned above has been yet delivered.
