I sent a large package from Texas to McLean Virginia, it took a day longer than expected to get there, but instead of going to the McLean PO it went to Vienna, which is a couple miles away from McLean. The address I put on the shipment was correct and I confirmed that with my buyer, but it said “arrived at unit” on the update when it arrived in Vienna. Shortly after my buyer contacted me and said that there was an alert on the tracking that said “unable to deliver problem with address.” I called the Vienna PO and they told me the package went out on a truck before I called, and they said it should be going to McLean. What concerns me is that it went out at 1pm and there was no update on the tracking that it arrived in McLean. Has anyone ever dealt with a situation like this?
