I would hope entering the number into a case for INR if you have one would allow the system to see tracking outside eBay. You might have to get human eyes on it, in that scenario.
Have you tried logging out of eBay and back in?
Clearing your browser history?
Checking on another browser or another device?
I checked on the tech board and it doesn't seem to be something be reported, yet..
