USPS Tracking Updating

Hi eBay Community members,

I am contacting you from Sri Lanka. I have sold a few items to USA buyers and sent each item with a tracking number, but my item tracking data is not updating on the USPS website. Can someone please tell me why the USPS is not updating other countries (like Sri Lanka) tracking number data on their site?

USPS is dropping the ball this year, I’m shocked how bad they are. The situation with usps in Florida is bordering on criminal….

If you mailed the orders using your Sri Lanka postal service (I am just guessing that USPS has not offices in Sri Lanka), there won't be any information on the USPS site, unless your postal service electronically alerted USPS that they would be handing over packages to them (USPS). In such a case, there may be a note like  Label Created, Awaiting Item. Once your order reaches US, then you should see the updates. Then you can go to the USPS site and subscribe to updates, which will be sent to you regularly.

Have you tried other tracking sites to see if they show more information?

I had so many items with tracking taking forever in Florida to get delivered.

Anything without tracking gets mailed in 4-5 days from San Francisco to Florida.

This is the official site that Sri Lanka Postal Service is currently using to update the tracking details.

This site is updating correctly, but after items are received in the USA tracking details are not updating in USPS. Therefore, I couldn't be able to know whether my items are delivered or not.
