Has anyone able to get the QR codes at the self service section of USPS to work? Every time I’ve tried using the self scanner, I get a “Invalid Barcode” error. Scanning with the employee at the front works but the self service would be more convenient especially during after hours.
I had the same problem, but figured it out: At the kiosk, it turns out you can’t tap “Scan Prepaid Label”, you have to tap “Other Services” and then “Scan QR Code to Print Label”. Then it accepted my code and printed the label for me.
