Just go to your "Paid & Shipped" View
Next to the individual item (to the left) is a little arrow.
Click that arrow for the drop down box of options.
Send Refund is one of the options...click that and on that page you can select shipping refund, and enter the appropriate amount.
Submit....you will get notices and fee refunds
