Anyone else seeing a drop in their on time shipping due to using scan sheets? Evidently, in the fine print it says that service guarantees begin when each item is scanned separately. So, every am I have my shipping scan sheet scanned at the post office but to ebay it looks like I didn't ship my items until they arrive at the next postal check in station. Has totally screwed me up! I may lose my rating!
