Its junk, instead of just putting in a weight you have to fill in all the info, only thing i had to click before was the weight. You have to click a few more times now and you either have to download the label or it opens up in another page. Takes 3 times as long to print a label and alot easier to make a mistake.

Use the "Tell us what you think" on the label prep page. Be specific.

I'm with you 100%. I ship media mail. Used to enter the weight, click calculate, click purchase postage. Now they want me to enter the dimensions?? Even though this information is not even needed to calculate postage??
Now my flow is: Click "Switch to classic .." in the upper right, then do the normal steps. 😃
Just another case of development being done by someone who has never actually used what they are developing.

There's a link on the top right to use the old label page. I guess I did that enough times, now when I click print label it just goes straight to the old page. I hope it stays that way.

Probably invented by the same idiot that invented the new completed items situation....now taking 3x as long to research with all the extra clicks.
Why is no one in charge of overseeing these "improvements".??

It's terrible! There was nothing wrong with the label printing page as it was. I also noted that the box to fill in a personal message to be sent to the buyer is also gone. I just printed one label using the new format but noticed the 'go back to the classic page' link at the top right corner on the next item. When I printed the label it put it squarely in the center of the page instead of off in one corner the way it used to because a lot of my labels are printed higher quality at 67%. Why can't well enough be left alone. The same with the Active page, much of the old info like how many days until an item ends is gone. That was last week I believe, what's coming next week?

I filled out the "how do you like" or what ever, its junk, I remember the last time they change shipping format, it took six months before it worked right. I also call in to complained and ask to opt out so I didn't have to keep clicking the classic view, 40 mins on hold and got hung up on, then did a call me. The lady who didn't speak english told me its the new program and you have to keep clicking classic everytime. I ask her if the guy who develop this format was the same idiot who dropped the views, or made my useless seller's hub, I can't even view how many are watching my item when I veiw the listing. OR the same idiot that decide to transfer me to a new listing when I want to look at a sold one. I've been dealing with these idiots for the last 10 yrs, if i'm stuck with this program will I quit no but just add this to another time consuming hassle, eventually I will quit just because there's too many hoops to jump to sell something. WHAT scares me the most is by end of the year, ebay will be in control of my money, if they can't even run a basic site format whats gonna happen when they handle money

yea, even the rep I talked to didn't like it, I like to talk to reps who sell because 99% them understand how stupid a new update is
What's strange is that no one ever seems to be held responsible, otherwise the same problems wouldn't keep occuring over and over and over.......
and over and over.........

I just like to know who these "sellers" they talk to are, no one from ebay has called and ask me any questions.
In the past Ebay would send me questionnaires, but they were never about anything relevant. Ebay has never consulted me about my opinion, or the need for any site changes.

The new form also apparently does not have a spot to change the "ship from".
Take something with you to ship while you are on vacation 1000 miles from home, and you will not be able to change the ship from.
You could be shipping to an address 20 miles from your vacation address, but the label would be the default address, and result in an "over charge" for the calculated shipping.

True that,
and the post offices, at least here in NY are very strict about that. Even if they are located only 2 miles apart, they MUST have the correct "ship from" zip code.
I once accidently shipped from the wrong post office and was told in no uncertain terms never to do it again....Local Post offices are quite competitive between themselves.
