I'm about to buy something quite costly, and the seller said that he would ship it to me in Mexico from the USA by USPS priority mail and that it would be trackable 'to a degree'. What does that mean? I think I've used this service before and it had online tracking on the USPS website and the Mexican post office's with no problem. Then Mexican online tracking depends on the type of number. It has to be something like XY123456789US. Will I get full tracking if I go ahead with my purchase?
