USPS Priority Envelope - international shipping hub

New to international shipping. I usually use flat rate USPS Priority padded envelopes and enjoy the $8.30 cost and pass a little savings to my customer and gain a small edge on my competition by offering shipping for $9.99 instead of the standard $10.30. My typical package weighs 4.4lbs. I want to sell internationally but can not find the answer to this question.

Can I send my package to through the International selling hub packaged in a USPS Priority padded envelope?

Yes of course. If you want to save a bit more, as that padding does nothing  anyway for items, than get some legal flat rates!
