USPS Mailing Hope

There is hope. The package that I mailed on Dec 1 and that was stuck in KC with no updates since Dec 6 finally showed movement today. Got a new status.. yaayyyyyy. Here is to hopefully not having to refund the buyer.

Re: USPS Mailing Hope

I had a couple of packages show some progress/movement today and a couple no change.  Hope springs eternal.  I'm hoping many people have mailed majority of their holiday packages by now and the bottleneck will ease up in coming days.

Re: USPS Mailing Hope

Yeah I have one I mailed on 11/30 with no update since that date.  I am now being proactive with my customers with slow USPS: after 7 days and no tracking change I message them that USPS is intermittently slow and be patient, but at 21 days I will refund,  10 days I message them I opened case against USPS to find it, 14 days I start a missing mail search. Only do this if there is no USPS update within this span. Do this to keep them informed so I don't get a case opened on me, then I am forced to give refund  within 4 days.  Bad but still not like July / August when I had 3 that took around 6 weeks to arrive.
