USPS Insurance

I cant seem to find the option to insure with USPS shipping,has it been removed?

You can select it when printing a label through eBay. Under additional options you can select "Add additional liability coverage". You then get the option of ShipCover Insurance or USPS Insurance.

I noticed last week that the USPS insurance option was no longer present.  The only liability coverage available was the ShipCover insurance.

It's there for me. I'm using first class parcel. Has it been removed for certain shipping types?
