USPS Insurance Claim help

I have submitted my original claim and now my first appeal and both have been denied. The post office is now requesting the below info that must be all on one "ebay receipt". I cant find anywhere in my account where this is something I can pull. I have 3 expensive items go through the Miami USPS center in December at the same time, and all were magically lost after the 3 tracking numbers were scanned in Miami.  Is there somewhere in our seller account to pull all this info onto one statement?

Your claim was denied for proof of value, please submit a proof of value. We will need the following criteria on the same receipt. You will need the Purchasers Information, the Sellers Information, the Price Paid,
The Transaction Date, the Item Description, the Payment Method and the
Transaction Status (Paid).

A copy of one of the following instruments must
be provided as proof of value on Internet purchases:
A cancelled Check, Money order Receipt, and Credit card Statement.

How to File USPS Claim w/ Proof of Value and Proof of Payment if needed:

If you need to provide Proof of Payment or Proof of Value for a USPS claim provide this in both a PDF and screenshot to USPS in your claim or Appeal.

Orders>Order Details>Blue Box Dropdown>Print Packing Slip & More>Select Order Receipt (only) (Make certain to customize and be sure Ship from, listing photo, shipping info and payment info are checked) >Print a PDF and a Screenshot.

Provide both the .pdf and the .jpg in your claim or appeal.

Filing a claim with USPS is a waste of your time.

Just stop use it. Who work for a minimum wage?
Use UPS or Fedex.
