Every couple of months I can't list my item because the uploaded video
gets stuck in "Under Review" mode.After 48 hours no any progress.

Sometimes they advise you to delete the video and upload it again.

Why eBay itself changes the item condition?In my listings eBay twice in
last few days changes all refurbished item to used. I have manually
change back all my items status to "seller refurbished" every few days.
Is it some kind of new policy?
How to set up 14 days return policy? I see only 30, 60 days in menu. But
I found few sellers who still use 14 days policy for items.

I have receipt with actual weight from the carrier when I leave the
package for delivery. The weight cannon increased by 7 lb during
transportation. And size cannot increased by one inches for every
dimension. It's look like fraud by UPS.
