I recently started offering international shipping and was updating some of my items I had limited to the US only. I noticed that the option called First-Class Package International doesn't line up with anything on USPS's website. The closest I see is First-Class Package International at this website:
https://www.usps.com/international/mail-shipping-services.htm#quickcompare
I "think" I read that USPS First Class Mail International Parcel is the cheapest way to go. So, why don't I see that option on USPS's website? I was looking to verify if I need to use a USPS box for this service (USPS First Class Mail International Parcel) or can I use any box.
Can anyone help with this (the USPS "service name" and what type of box is required for USPS First Class Mail International Parcel)?
Thanks,
Andy

USPS does not have any first class parcel, only first class PACKAGE service (if you are sending a package and not a flat envelope etc). I don't know what ebay means by "parcel", probably an inaccurate terminology.
You can use your own packaging, there are no special USPS boxes for 1st class package service.
BTW, if you mail packages below 4 lbs, you can get 25-30% discount using pirateship.com. Sign up for a free account and email them to sign you up for their simple international rates (attached image). Their site is very easy to use, they import your ebay orders, post back tracking numbers, you can easily create SCAN forms etc. Superior customer service, they respond to emails within 24 hours and a live chat is available.
