I notice a pattern with eBay USPS 1st Class Int'l shipping. Some labels start with the correct 'package' tracking letters LZ, but some start with the incorrect 'package' letters UA, which are desiganted for international letters/documents only.
The eBay label system is charging the much higher cost of sending a package, even tho the tracking number given is for a document. This is causing my packages to have the document tracking, which is very sparse, instead of the more meaty tracking of a package.
Anybody else experiencing this? Thnx!

I have had this happen lately as well and have just reported it to customer service. I had a shipment in Dec 2017 to Brazil that printed out the incorrect UA tracking (and didn't track/deliver) and then in Feb 2018 (2 months later) same item also to Brazil that printed out the correct LZ tracking and was tracked all the way through and delivered. Also just had the same issue happen to Sweden.

FYI This is still randomly happening! Today shipping out a First Class International PACKAGE to Sweden I was once again charged the $13.54 PACKAGE Rate (should be an LZ tracking #), and the label printed out with a UA ($6 Letter Tracking, that 99.9% of the time wont track past leaving the US). I have once again called to report the issue to eBay!!!!
