USPS DOWN --NO SERVICES AVAILABLE. WHAT GOES??

MY LAST PACKAGE WAS MAILED ON JUNE 11  2021 PRIORITY. 

SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO MAIL ANY PACKAGES USING  USPS FIRST CLASS OR PRIORITY MAIL. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME. HAVE CHECKED USPS SITES, MOST OF THEIR COMMENTS ARE FROM 2020, WHICH TELLS ME THEY ARE IN TROUBLE. CAN NOT LOCATE ANY CURRENT DATA AS TO WHY EBAY USPS IS  DOWN. THANK YOU PCH

I would suspect that it's a problem with your device as I have not seen any other posts about it here. If you are using a PC with a browser, try a different browser or clear your browsing history and restart. If you're using the app, try a browser.

I'm having the same problem since Fri. I can print labels for the US but not Canada. You need to contact Ebay. Me too. Hope they don't give us defects...

When I go to print the label, it says "Please be aware that USPS is experiencing issues at the moment. We apologize for any inconvenience and if affected, ask that you try again later." But it will print labels to the US so I don't think it's my browser. This has been going on for 3 days now.

People keep saying go to facebook for help, but when I go there it won't let me post anything. They seem to just be groups, not an official ebay place. Do you know where I can go on facebook? Thanks.

I'm on a PC. I've cleared my browsing history, deleted my all my cache and cookies. Downloaded a new browser that I don't want on my comp and still the same thing. Will let me print US labels, but not to Canada. Got any ideas?

You may want to try using paypal. You can print and pay for labels via them manually.  This may be an interim workaround.

It's not really a "workaround" it's an entirely different method to purchase shipping/tracking WITHOUT the ebay postage discount.

Just like physically going to the post office and purchasing postage from a clerk is not a workaround.

You suspect incorrectly, this isn't "help" this is a canned response.  Also, note that the person you are attempting to assist has 1301 feedback and isn't a newbie.

Seriously, you need to stop criticizing everyone's response!  My suggestion IS a workaround. A workaround is something that will work around the current problem until it's fixed. Thus, using paypal's shipping labels until ebay resolves their issues could help. FYI, they DO offer a DISCOUNT on postage purchased, so NO it's not like going to the counter. Maybe you should get your facts straight before you come here bashing others who are actually trying to help! YOU aren't helping anyone.

You pay the same price on Pay Pal as you do Ebay.

Same. I got that message as well but I was able to print two First Class labels tonight with no issues.

Sort of, but it helped me out. I didn't have to get off my a** and just printed it there.
