Yes. eBay offered shipping at a certain price, received monies, then would not or could not print the shipping label. It's a glitch they told me. Be patient. They're Tech Team is working on it. I waited two weeks. I had to go to shipper directly and pay $100+ out of my own pocket.
1) The help chat live agent is polite but powerless. Waste of time/money.
2) The help chat live agent blatantly ignores any statements about eBay breaking its agreement. But, offers the solution that the seller does what eBay has received monies to provide. A huge even catastrophic inconvenience to both seller and buyer.
2) To my knowledge, the absence of published workaround steps, you know, in case of this do that, along with the dead end message "No Service Available", imedietly after eBay has received all of its' monies leaves buyers and sellers in the river without the promised paddle and forces buyers and sellers to fix the serious problem eBay put both in.
3) Also, how can sellers protect their reputation?
Now, I'm in the same situation I was in two months ago, first on a $150 item to Australia and recently Feb 6th, 2022 for a $345 item to York, UK. I'm facing a $400 shipping fee by both FedEx or UPS while eBay has already received its $77 shipping fee.
