USPS Automatic Package Verification?

So the USPS will begin checking evey package for over or under pay on the shipping? How will that show up on my account? Will it show up on Ebay account or Paypal?

If you print online prepaid labels via eBay and pay with Paypal, any debits or credits will be reflected in your Paypal account. If the balance is not sufficient, eBay will apply debits to your monthly eBay seller's invoice. So you may see adjustments in both places.

The APV does not apply to postage purchased at the PO counter or to stamps affixed to a package.

I thought this only applies to those who print and purchase shipping labels on USPS website,not anywhere else??

It applies to any labels printed online through any of the postage providers such as Stamps, Endicia, etc.  I guess it would also include the Click-N-Ship labels as well.

They auto refund the autopaid label too? They do it automaticlly or what? Do i need to tell them its overpaid?
