I know this problem is entirely within USPS.com, but thought I would confirm what I'm seeing with this group, since it's a Shipping issue: is anyone else with a USPS.com account able to access their Address Book there? I went in there to update a buyer address and found that it's just giving me a .jsp error page.
I've been getting this error constantly since first discovering it several days ago. It just shows me a file folder with three subfolders, all of which are 404 ("Error 404: There is no Action mapped for action name contacts.").
Links to the Address Book from other pages within USPS.com are all still there; everything else looks normal. Before I go writing to USPS.com about it, I thought I'd check here on whether I'm the only one getting that error.

Not yet. Juggling a number of projects this evening but will try other browsers and other machines soon.
Here's a screenshot of what I'm seeing with up-to-date Chrome on Windows 10 (HP box) at the address https://gab.usps.com/addrBook/Secure/YourContactsAction_input:
Clicking on any of those directories above gets me nothing but "Error 404: There is no Action mapped for action name [directory name here]"

Hi, I'm having the exact same problem! Did you ever resolve it? If I go straight to my address book I get those 3 subfolders that lead to error codes. If I try to create a label from my address book it goes there but says I have 0 contacts.😡

Yes. Mine is completely empty. Not sure why.

Did you ever get this resolved? I'm having this exact problem today and have SO many shipments to send out.
