I noticed some sellers who are listed as located in the US are having their purchased items shipped to the buyer from foreign countries, mostly China. When I search for an item, I always use the sort feature "US ONLY" location because it takes so long to get an item from a foreign country. Some sellers are listed that they are located in the US but they don't always tell you the item you bought will be sent from a foreign country in their item listing. Some "US" sellers will tell you AFTER you bought an item. VERY "tricky" of some sellers. From now on, when I am interested in buying an item from a "US" location seller, I am going to contact them and ask where the item will be shipped from. Ebay should require "US" location sellers to indicate when an item will be shipped from a foreign country, and the location, in their item listing. Are you listening eBay???

yes it is tricky..I always check the estimated delivery date, that will tell the story if the item is in the U.S.,or a foreign country.

eBay already does require sellers to list the accurate ITEM LOCATION on each listing.
That's why it's called ITEM LOCATION and not seller location.
The problem is that sellers sometimes lie. And the only way eBay can prove that the item location is misrepresented is through buyer complaints after the item has been mailed.
