I ordered an item and Item was shipped UPS with signature required and delivered to wrong location without receiving a signature. I understand this is not the sellers fault so I immediately filed a claim with UPS and informed the seller which he replied to contact him when UPS responds to my claim. I logged into app and it says after an investigation that they decided my claim has been approved after 48 hours and I now need to contact the seller to rectify this situation. I have now reached out numerous times to confirm that he also received an approval on his end with no avail. He basically ghosted me after the claim was approved. So I asked eBay to step in, which I did not want to do, and they informed me today that they are closing the claim due to tracking number showing it was delivered (waiting on appeal), even after explaining it was not delivered to correct address and UPS agreed with my assessment. UPS approved my claim, essentially admitting it went to incorrect address (I have picture proof of the approval). I'm at a complete loss as to what to do now going forward as the eBay team is completely useless at this point and wont stand by their money back guarantee. Item was not cheap, cost about $680 with tax. Is my only recourse to dispute it through pay pal and or my bank? Any info would be helpful. Thanks and best wishes
