This is a new one for me. First of all YES Ebay is having problems with printing packing slips. My screen keeps spinning too. I keep a sort of packing slip on hand that has our coupon in it in case this comes up.
Now an item sold that only has a choice of USPS gave me a UPS Surepost label instead of USPS Ground Advantage. I even checked the listing to see what shipping was offered. We only use UPS on large items. Anyone have this happen?
I tried every trick in the book for the labels. Not worried about the packing slip. Before I canceled the label I went back in to see what options it would give me when I went to print out a new label. It only offered UPS options. All the USPS options were blocked out so I couldn't even do that. As I said I went to the item I sold, and just to check to make sure it wasn't my mistake, I went to relist it and there was only USPS options. It even says on the order summary that the buyer picked USPS Ground Advantage. So there is a glitch in the system somewhere. I figure Ebay is working on something since a lot of us can't print shipping invoices. Just putting it out there in case someone else has this issue. I look here first when I have issues to make sure it's not just me. Been on Ebay a long time and never seen this happen.
Wow! You are correct with #2. I looked over the address and it was run together. I put some space between the address numbers and words and it worked. Was able to print out a normal USPS Ground Advantage label. Never had that happen before. How Ebay's system accepted that address is beyond me. Sorry to waste your time....LOL Even old dogs can learn new tricks... Maybe this will help someone else in the future. Thanks for the help and happy Ebaying everyone.
