I am using UPS SurePost as a great alternative to send small packages worth $100 of less. It's saving me money. The downside: It's costing me time! eBay's Commodore64 Based Computer System is not picking up both tracking numbers and customers are going Bonzo due to the lack of tracking info. Most show "Label Created" with the UPS TN and the USPS TN in not being picked up. Anyone know an easy, seamless fix? Adding a second tracking number manually is a time consuming process, Thanks!

I noticed that today when trying to file a claim for damages on a package sent UPS sure post.
Having trouble making the damages claim too.
UPS does not allow the claim. I get an error message using the Ebay internal links since it is not a straight UPS delivery.
My guy at my local UPS retail store said this UPS sure post is something they do not deal with. Its some kind of hybrid service offered by large companies like Ebay.
and USPS says I'm not eligible to make a claim because no insurance was purchased.
So, me the small business seller, is having to shell out for the replacement item and postage to send it to my customer and the big guys offer no help.
