Buyer says they haven't received item but item has been delivered to agent in Miami. Shipping address was Miami (Globalbox inc). My assumption is the buyer is overseas but has US packages shipped to US co who would then ship it to my buyer. If this is the case, how should I proceed? Am I responsible? Thanks.

If tracking shows it was delivered to the freight forwarder, it's between the buyer and the freight forwarder.

I notice the delivered to zip code is a tad different than the shipping address zip code though it is still Miami. Do you think this could signify it being delivered to wrong address or does this commonly happen? Seems pretty clear otherwise it was delivered to correct address. Thanks.

There used to be freight forwarder that had two different zip codes, but it was the same place.
