First, thank you to ever who has contributed to this thread; all the information was helpful. In processing the package for shipment I found that eBay had doubled the weight for a total 7.12 lbs but, failed to update the dimensions. That would be 8 12-ounce glasses in a 11x9x6 box. There was no room to accommodate the doubled volume nor any additional padding. What I did: I made a partial refund for 1 set of the glasses and sent out 1 set in the 11x9x6 box that was packed meticulously and securely. My Shop’s policy is to ship within 1 business day; I wasn’t going to compromise that. I have kept the buyer up to date with my findings thru eBay Messages; I’ve received no type of response. I await a negative ding; my first. To the writer suggesting I “learn my lesson and honor the shipping”, why in the world would I do that when shipping costs are taken into consideration on all “buy now” items, I do not include a handling fee, and I am in full possession of a clear and concise description of the item(s), it was NOT my mistake. Had it been, we would not be here now, and lastly, I believe my items to be more than fairly priced since these items are from passed family members and some consignments from elderly looking to make side cash. In addition, I do not set shipping charges and have discovered a method of determining estimated shipping based on weight and dimensions. Once purchased that is adjusted by how far the package travels. Again, I have no control over this. For example on this item USPS ground was $22.++ for 3.14 lbs, 11x9x6, FedEx was $10.99. Actual shipping charges for this package was $10.71 FL to CO. When the refund issued, eBay should a refund of .78 in shippingWhat I learned: list items separately and always provide clear and concise communication with the buyer.

You set up the shipping, so yes, it was your mistake.
