UK Post Office Label - Wrong Weight

Hi

I have had a couple of instances recently where I have selected the weight of the parcel (shoebox sizer) as 1Kg but when the label is supplied it shows the weight as 1g.

Not sure if this is a Post Office or eBay issue but has anyone else seen this and is there a way to prevent it? Seems to be random as it doesn't always happen.
