Two transactions that are completely false

1)   Sold a lot of 45 records with a case, Vintage.  Shipped on time and had a tracking number.  Before the item even got to buyer, he gave me a negative.  As we know COVID had an impact on shipping and times and etc.  So i reached out and said HEY, its not my fault it took longer to get there.  Are the items broken?  Nope..Than why the negative.,  The negative says Poor shipping and handling.  UM..last time I checked I did not work at the PO.  The shipping charges were exactly what I said.

2) Last week I agreed to take an offer of 3.00 on spring pans(baking) I ship on Tuesday and  Thursdays and shipped on Thursday, she bought Monday. I had a work emergency.  I emailed her and said it will be there on the 22nd. I get a berating email back. I need it here on the 22nd for a party.  BTW these pans are like new.   I am cleaning out my Nana and Papa's house.  My other Grandma checked and all pins are there.  I get another email from her, berating me again about getting them the 22nd.  Guess what?  She got them yesterday(22nd) for her party and I wake up to.  request a refund.  Pins are missing in the pans.  The pans would not stay together if the pins were missing.  DO NOT and I mean DO NOT sell to this lady.  She is a low buyer and we should all know better.

Thank you and I am really saddened by the lack of help from Ebay.

Agree, it is getting harder and harder to sell. We get dinged for things that are usually beyond our control. For #1, not much you can do, disregard the notification and moved on. For #2, has the buyer submitted a item not as described claim? or they just want you to give a refund just like that? Seeing that buyer had a time frame for when the item was needed they should have bought it locally and be done with it.

Again on #2, do not issue a refund until buyer submits a claim as the will be the proper way, then you will submit a prepaid label to buyer, they packaged and ship, and refund is process once it is received by you. Mind you, all this for $3, what a waste. Seeing how they are, I will not submit to give them the refund now and they keep the pan.

Good luck.

You might get that neg you received before the item was delivered removed. Click the help and contact link at lower left of page. Speak to an eBay rep.  Have the tracking number ready when you call. It might take more than one call to reach a rep that knows how to help.
